Lebanon’s Prime Minister, Hassan Diab, has announced the resignation of the country’s government whilst also admitting the Beirut Explosion last week was the result of endemic corruption.
In a just concluded live broadcast, the PM revealed that the elite of the country had led it to ruin and the only way to salvage it was to give it back to the people.

Earlier today, the Justice Minister as well as three other cabinet members had resigned from their posts.
